Student Broadcast Seminar and Awards
Thursday, April 7, 2022 (8:30 AM - 2:00 PM) (CDT)
Description
The KAB Student Seminar is an annual event created for Kansas high school and college broadcast journalism students. At the seminar students will hear from a panel of industry leaders on what to expect in the job market, learn about a day in the life of a Kansas broadcaster, and ask their most pressing questions. College students get to attend a career fair and high school students will have the opportunity to share their work and receive feedback from industry professionals. All students will participate in round tables where they get to chat with broadcasters from every facet of the industry. We will also present our 2022 Student Broadcast Awards!
