This year, the Student Seminar will be encompassed into our popular Sports Seminar, creating the KAB Student/Sports Seminar. This new, larger event will still maintain the features you know and love from each individual seminar. We hope you will join us on May 2 at Kauffman Stadium! 

A tentative agenda for the day includes: 

Welcome luncheon with Hod Humiston Award and Student Broadcast Awards presentations 

Remarks from prominent sports broadcasters 

Breakout sessions featuring topics on “Creating Dynamic Play-by-Play”, “Connecting with and Growing your Audience: What Makes an Outstanding On-Air Program ” (radio and TV), and “Careers in Broadcast: What to Expect and How to Develop Your Personal Brand”
