KAKE Creative Services, a full-service production house based out of KAKE Studios, is looking for a full-time Commercial Director to lead the production of client commercial materials.  The job is based in Wichita, KS, but serves clients throughout Kansas.  

Primary Duties:

• Will lead the production of broadcast commercials, digital and social media content, longform video content, graphic design, and other forms of commercial media for clients of the station, as well as creative for the station itself.
• Responsible for videography, lighting, editing, motion graphic design, copywriting, project management, and client relations.
• Responsible for tracking hours worked on commercial production projects to be billed to clients while meeting strict deadlines within a budget.
• Must be customer-focused and thrive on the retention of clients through quality production and superior service.
• Occasional travel within the state will be required for commercial shoots.
• Occasional evening/weekend work will be required for staffing/shooting of KAKE community events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in video production, motion graphic design, and working in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud products required.
• Must be detail-oriented and driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Must be organized, punctual, and creative with a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
• Must be a self-starter and disciplined with strong oral communication skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be self-directing, self-motivating, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Competitive spirit and strong team collaborator.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is required.
• Must have a valid and clean driving record
