Internal IT Systems Engineer – Eagle Media

Location: St. Joseph, MO (Flexible across Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri)

Salary: $55,000–$70,000

Eagle Media is seeking an Internal IT Systems Engineer to join our team of employee-owners within our broadcast footprint in Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri.

The location of this position is flexible across our footprint. The right candidate must also have the ability to travel across the company footprint as necessary.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of all company internal IT systems.

Research new technologies.

Manage servers.

Administer email and office collaboration systems.

Purchase and install new hardware and software.

Experience and Requirements

Qualified candidates must have a proven history of administering IT systems in a commercial business environment, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals, and the ability to maintain their intended operation.

Candidates must also have experience managing wired and wireless networks and be able to respond calmly and effectively when technical issues arise.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $55,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
