Who We’re Looking For
Eagle Media is looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant with confidence, drive and creative ideas to sell advertising concepts that support Great Bend-area businesses.

Eagle operates 100.7 Eagle Country, B104.3 The Point, Hits 106.9, 1590 KVGB AM & 95.5 FM and GreatBendPost.com, along with a robust set of digital marketing and advertising solutions, including targeted display, OTT, SEO & SEM, social media, Spotify, and website design, development and maintenance.

Experience & Qualifications

• Media experience and demonstrated past success
• Drive, creativity and strong customer service skills
• Experience working with advertising agencies and direct accounts is a plus
• Digital marketing experience is a plus
• 3–5 years of media experience preferred
• Outside sales experience and/or a bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities
Candidates should be hardworking, goal-oriented and self-motivated. Responsibilities include contacting businesses to uncover potential advertising opportunities, researching clients’ industries, presenting proposals, persuading clients to invest in advertising ideas, and providing continued client support and service.

The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of digital marketing products, strategies and tactics.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $35,000–$45,000. Compensation is commission-based and includes a competitive benefits package with health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and an employee stock ownership plan.
