KCTV/Gray Media is seeking a Multimedia Sales Manager to bring fresh, advanced strategies and tools to its sales operation. This key leadership role will help bridge traditional sales excellence with cutting-edge digital innovation.

The Multimedia Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of Multimedia Executives responsible for developing and selling multimedia solutions to small, medium and large businesses. The position will work closely with the sales team to develop strategic, data-driven multimedia strategies that help clients improve customer acquisition, conversions and revenue growth.

The Multimedia Sales Manager will also collaborate with Media Executives to sell KCTV’s premium television offerings, including Kansas City Chiefs programming, college football and basketball, CBS Network programming and trusted local news.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales Management Team to foster a servant-leadership sales culture focused on support, accountability and success.
• Recruit, hire and train digital- and business-development-focused Multimedia Executives.
• Develop a steady stream of new business across platforms.
• Attend CNAs and pitches regularly with Multimedia Executives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on company solutions and systems, providing guidance and support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital sales and business development.
• In-depth knowledge of developing digital sales strategies that drive leads, conversions and revenue.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Previous media sales management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• College degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Ability to complete an MVR check.
