Job Description: Northwest Kansas Radio Stations are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a News / Morning Show Host. This position is based in Goodland, Kansas, and offers competitive pay with insurance benefits available. 

Responsibilities: 

• Host morning show broadcasts, engaging with listeners and delivering entertaining and informative content. 

• Prepare and deliver news updates, keeping our audience informed about local, national, and global events. 

• Conduct interviews with guests, community members, and experts to provide diverse perspectives on current affairs. 

• Write and produce content that resonates with our audience and adheres to station guidelines. 

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative ideas for programming and promotions. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in radio broadcasting or journalism preferred. 

• Strong communication skills with an engaging on-air presence. 

• Knowledge of news writing and reporting practices. 

• Ability to work early morning hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 

• Passion for connecting with the local community and delivering high-quality content.
