Ad Astra Radio is seeking a multi-talented Sports Director & Production Director, and potential Account Executive. This is a high-visibility role perfect for a "voice of the community" who can balance exciting play-by-play broadcasting with creative production and local sales. This position offers a clear path towards a Sales and or Station Manager leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Broadcasting: Serve as the lead Play-by-Play voice for Iola High School and Allen Community College; provide coverage for other area high schools as needed.
• Content Creation: Produce daily sportscasts and maintain a digital presence by writing and posting sports articles to the station website.
• Creative Production: Write, record, and produce high-quality commercials for local clients.
• Account Management: Manage and strengthen existing sales accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Community Presence: Represent the station at live remote broadcasts and various community events.
• Brand Building: Help grow the Ad Astra brand in SEK
